Radical Respect:
Work Together Better

A culture that optimizes for collaboration and honors everyone's individuality works better.

What gets in the way of Radical Respect?

Bias, prejudice, and bullying.

Too often, we conflate them. When we disentangle them, we can match solutions and problems.

When things go from bad to worse…

Layer power onto bias, prejudice and bullying, and things go from bad to worse: you get discrimination, harassment, and physical violations.

Design Management Systems for Respect & Collaboration

When you consciously design your management systems for fairness, you get systemic justice.  Just Work teaches you how to quantify bias in your management systems, so you can avoid discrimination.

We also dive into how checks and balances can mitigate the risk of harassment. And an explicit consent policy along with trusted reporting systems can prevent physical violations in your company.
